FLI LANDSCAPE is a Full-Service Landscape Company that has been in business in the gorge for over 20 years. We're are looking to add to our team of capable professionals. Generally, we work 8 eight-hour days Monday through Friday. Depending on the crew and job, our days start between 6:00 and 7:00 AM. Currently Hiring for: Construction Leaders, and helpers; must have - valid driver's license, good driving record and are insurable - references for reliability and responsibility - have the ability to work well with a team - knowledgeable, in all phases of landscape construction, including pavers, plants, and planting, irrigation, low voltage lighting, equipment operator, boulders and stone walls, drainage - customer service experience Currently Hiring For Shop Mechanic; must have - a valid driver's license, good driving record, are insurable - references for reliability and responsibility - have the ability to work well with a team - previous experience or familiarity with both small equipment and vehicle repairs - ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - duties for this position involve ordering parts for and repair of our small equipment, pickup trucks and trailers. Most common repairs needed are: cleaning carburetors in small equipment (mowers, blowers, chainsaws, etc) changing brakes on pickups; changing water pumps on pickups; replacing timing chains on pickups; tune-ups on pickups; rebuild small cylinder heads in small equipment, help the other mechanic with trouble-shooting and diagnostics of mechanical issues and repairs; welding and wiring on utility trailers; test drive trucks and equipment; order and go pick up parts; order and go pick up new machinery. Currently Hiring For Maintenance Crew Leaders; must have - a valid drivers license, good driving record, are insurable - references for reliability and responsibility - have the ability to work well with a team - knowledgeable, with complete maintenance experience including irrigation turn off and on. - customer service experience - pesticide license a plus Currently Hiring For Assistant Maintenance Tech - must also - have the ability to work well with a team - have a positive and professional attitude - a valid driver's license, good driving record, are insurable - willingness to learn We would preferably like to hire for full time work but if you have the experience, we will accept part-time for 20 Hours a week or more. Starting pay for any position is $15 per hour, minimum. Will pay more for experience. All positions require record-keeping so English reading and writing skills are a must All positions require a valid driver's license and good driving record
