Ball Python and Rat

Description

We have an approximately 3 year old male ball python snake and a adult female rat that we need to re-home. We just found out we are not allowed to have them in our apartment per our lease agreement. Both are great pets. The snake comes with his tank, heating pad, thermostat/humidity sensor, water bowl, his hideaway cave, black light heating lamp, and we have some bedding as well. The rat comes with her cage and everything in it. We also have a bag of food for her. We used the same bedding for both the snake and rat. We are asking for a small rehoming fee.
