Looking for mechanical help with Cub 154 Lo-Boy

I'm looking for someone that would be interested in general mechanical work for an International Harvester Cub 154 Lo-Boy. Some of the general issues: - hard to start, especially in winter - needs a new fuel line or new compression fittings - needs the steering support replaced or fixed in some way (to fix play in steering wheel) - has a very light hydraulic leak I'll pay for all parts. I'd prefer to pay a flat fee for each job but everything's negotiable. I understand things can change once you start working on an old car or tractor. If this tractor can get fixed up enough, I'd like to have some body work and paint done so if you're also able to do that, that would be great.
