We're Looking for a building super / Manager. to manage a 3 family building in Newark. He will need to take care of the cleaning of the building, be strong, know how to deal with the tenants, and fix any minor issues. Must be familiar with the layers of city bureaucracy that small building owners face daily. Speak English and Spanish. We prefer somebody to live in Newark - Nearby Orange St and Clifton Ave or we can provide a free room in a shared apartment.
