We are hiring Production Workers 2nd Shift Monday to Friday 3PM-11PM Candidates will be working indoors and will be training for the 1st 90 days to become a machine operator. If the meet the qualifications at 90 days to become a machine operator they will receive a $1.00 pay increase. Our client is looking for General Shop Workers assist Machine Operators with manufacturing/production equipment in a safe and productive fashion including roll forming lines, strapping/packaging equipment, uncoilers and more: •Lift, position, and remove work pieces from machines to assist in fitting and packaging •Operate banding tool and wood saw while packaging finished products •Hold tape measuring and other measuring devices to perform dimensional verification of finished products •Assist line operator in record keeping of production and material utilization •Load, stack, and transport stock by hand or truck •Clean up and trim metal preparatory to manufacturing, packaging, or shipping Requirements: •No experience necessary – we train on the job! •Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment highly preferred! •While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with hands and arms. •The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
