The Biscuit Garden is looking for a part time Kennel Technician/Groomer. We are a boarding and doggie daycare facility looking for responsible animal lovers. Duties include but are not limited to: Cleaning dog suites, play areas an to owner instructions Keeping water bowls full Supervising groups for boarding and doggie daycare Walking pets to yards and supervising dog interactions Appropriately medicating dogs Grooming dogs as instructed (washing and doing nail trims) Following laundry procedures Following safety procedures Qualifications include: Physical stamina to be on your feet all day bending, lifting, and scooping Ability to lift and carry at least 40 lbs Experience working and caring for dogs (Preferred) Ability to work part time all year-round including weekends and holidays US work authorization Reliable transportation Must be reliable and responsible Education/Experience: At least 16 years old High school or equivalent (Preferred) Kennel Tech: 6 months (Preferred) Grooming: 6 months (Preferred) Schedule: At least 5 hour shifts Holidays Weekdays Weekends We will train you to perform the necessary tasks.
