Hi I'm looking for a hand turning a rental unit, I have the original paint and tenant was only there a year so it's not terrible. Just need touchups done on the walls, a little caulking here and there, and we'll probably throw a coat on the trim. If you can show you know what you're doing and can keep it clean we might do a couple ceilings as well they're due. Looking for someone with attention to detail who can keep it CLEAN, straight lines and no drops left on the floor and trim. Open to pay I'm looking to pay $15-$25/hr depending on production and quality. Probably a couple few days work. Really don't need to do much cut in other than spots on the trim.
