Renovating small house project includes relocating bathroom and kitchen. Also removal of some but not much baseboard heating. Piping is all 1/2" and 3/4" copper except for drains. Will need to add about 6 ball valves to isolate systems and move bathroom approximately 10' to include new fixtures and capping old supplies to current fixtures.
Total renovation work is 2-3 month and plumbing work is probably 6 days spaced days and/or weeks apart. Schedule is flexible - work can happen evenings and weekends to accommodate your schedule.
Radiant heating will replace baseboard throughout when renovations are near or at the end.
Pay rate depends on skills and experience and to be negotiated.
