Working Hard Rock Band Seeks Singer

We will be holding auditions for a lead singer position. The band plays between 2 and 4 times per month with the busiest months being in the summer. Usually we try to play closer in the area during the winter but then the summer we can travel up to 3-1/2 hours away. We do have a lot of fun, yearly summer shows, where the families usually come along and makes a mini vacation out of it. Always fun. The music we do would require a higher range vocal ability. Other members sing as well, maybe 33% of the song list. We are definitely looking for a pro talent to fit in with what we currently have going..... The music includes all well known songs from the seventies, eighties and nineties. Some examples would include collective soul, ac/dc, GNR, Zepplin, zz top, danzig, deep purple, quiet riot, iron maiden, motley crue, billy, buckcherry, def leppard, kiss, van halen etc....Most of the songs are done just like the original recording. Even if you have some songs that fit your voice we're not opposed to adding them as long as they fit the format of the band. We're also not against doing some of our own originals and some recording as well. We're not opposed to finding somebody from the lakeshore or Milwaukee as well. And if you're from Milwaukee we're not opposed to playing there sometimes as well. We are more or less what you would call a "party band", where we have a great time, get the crowd involved and it's all about having fun and making a little money in the process. Big egos and drama would definitely not be a good fit. We do run our own sound system from stage so band members would be required to show up early and help set up and tear down as well, as much as possible.
