Established tree service and landscape maintenance company is seeking an ISA certified arborist with crew and job management experience to mange our tree maintenance teams. Requirements: • ISA Certified Arborist • Two years climbing experience • Two years crew management experience • Ability to schedule multiple crews at multiple jobs • Ability to provide quotations for work requested • Knowledge of all safety protocols • Ability to communicate with team members and staff • Working knowledge of Microsoft excel and word • Experience with Arbor Pro software • Experience in proper training for grounds men, intermediate climbers and climbers. • Ability to manage trucks, chippers and equipment service schedules This position does not focus on sales, but the quality of service and scheduling. Management of team members to create a strong team is an important part of this position. We provide full time work all year, no layoffs.
