We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Pressure Washer Technician. This person will provide regularly scheduled and on-call exterior pressure washing service programs for retail establishments, wholesale, and grocery industries. The Pressure Washer Technician is vital in delivering the company's highest quality and on-time customer service. Vehicle, equipment, and training is required to perform pressure washing services, which is provided by the company. The work is physically demanding and labor intensive. Most of the work is performed during the "graveyard shift" at night or early morning hours. We are searching for a team-player who will be energetic and innovative in this position. Our company is a leader within the industry and provides preventative maintenance and on-call repair programs for all rolling equipment within the retail, wholesale, and grocery industries. Responsibilities: • Work independently and provide on-site exterior pressure washing services on a set and on-demand schedule. • Be the primary customer interface while on site, exhibiting courtesy, and professionalism and ensuring all customer issues are addressed. • Set-up and tear-down of all equipment at the job sit e, including water reclamation. (Knowledge of water reclamation a plus, but not required. Company will provide training.) • Utilize mobile technology applications to complete service tickets, monitor timekeeping, submit reports, and manage expenses. • Produce timely and detailed service reports. • Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment organized and properly maintained (Company provides all equipment.) • All services use hot water and steam only. The company does not use chemicals, including but not limited to cleaning solutions, soaps, or detergents • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • High school diploma or GED required • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required). • Must have at least 1 year of exterior pressure washin g experience. • Must have a flexible schedule to work nights and early mornings (when client serviced locations are typically closed). This is a graveyard position. • Must be able to diagnose and trouble-shoot technical and equipment functions. • Must be able to perform physical maintenance work. • Must practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc. • Must be a team-player who interacts well with the team and customers. • Self-motivated and responsible. • Must have time management skills. • Must pass a criminal background and OMV record check. • Must be able to travel and work in the state assigned We offer an exceptional benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, FSA, and HSA accounts.
