Service van provided. Must be able to preform all stages of maintenance and repair including: plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical and general carpentry. Requires a strong troubleshooting skills, ability to meet tight timelines, good communications skills and the ability to exceed our customers expectations. Working Saturday and Sundays is required. Will be performing offsite condo maintenance and a company van will be provided to travel from home to the work sites. Job Type: Full Time (Part time may be considered) Experience: Residential Maintenance Technician: 3 years minimum
