Handyman needed for AIRBNB rental houses

We are a local short-term rental real estate company operating in Los Angeles and we are looking for a part-time English/Spanish speaking handyman that can assist us in managing our various properties around the city starting this Immediately. The hours to start will be very part-time but are set to increase over the coming months as we expand our portfolio. You can work day or night at your convenience and will be mostly taking care of minor repairs at various properties around town. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS AND AN ECONOMY TRUCK. WE DO NOT PAY FOR GAS! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ● Small patch & paint repairs ● Hanging shelves, pictures, etc. ● Setting up furniture that may require assembly (i.e. Ikea furniture) ● Possible heavy lifting as properties may need furniture moved for staging ● Changing furnace filters on a quarterly basis and checking smoke detectors ● Setting up Smart TVs along with internet routers/WIFI ● Install electronic door knobs and locks Taking out and bringing in trash bins and HAULING TRASH Essentially, we are looking for a jack of all trades that can help to keep our properties in tip-top condition.
