Position Title: Facility Custodian - 2nd Shift Wage: $15/hour Shift: Flexible, 2nd shift Part Time Hours: Between the hours of 4pm-10pm Mon-Fri Are you looking for part time work in the evenings? Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Follow all prescribed safety procedures and precautions - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, empty all trash cans - Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors regularly, and use a walk-behind industrial sweeper - Clean and polish fixtures, remove all recyclable materials, clean windows and vents, table and chairs - Keep track of maintenance supplies and communicate with purchaser when materials are needed - General painting, including walls, stairs, doors, and machinery - Maintain the outside walkway areas, including sweeping debris, washing walkways, and keeping pathways clear - Set up and maintain training room for various types of activities - Clean windows, vents, and change light bulbs throughout the facility - Communicate work log completion and report and scheduled changes to management Requirements: - Lift up to 50lbs regularly - Stand and walk on concrete floors for up to 8 hours a day - Work with and around cleaning chemicals and supplies - Janitorial or cleaning experience - Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision - Communicate in professional manner with all staff QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with nearly 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
