* Inspect building equipment and surrounding periodically * Repair necessary defectives from inside and outside of building property * Monitor building temperature and control HVAC Systems * Collect requests and complaints from tenants and fix issues accordingly * Manage building equipment from each season (i.e, winterization) * Assist with cleaning when needed
