Hi sitters! I’m Sabrina. My husband and I are in desperate need of an after school sitter for our bright, silly, well-behaved, 6-yr-old daughter. The duties will be school pickup, snack, homework assistance (she gets very little homework), fun time (puzzles, tv, tablet....whatever you guys choose), dinner (we can have it prepared if necessary), shower, and bed time. There is no cleaning or laundry involved. If you have a child around her age, you are welcome to bring them. The schedule would be M-Th from 4pm-8pm. If you are available on Fridays and Saturdays, we are happy to offer more hours. We reside on the upper west side of Manhattan near the 1,2&3 trains and can pay $20/hr plus a weekly metro card and dinner. We are looking for an easygoing sitter who has some experience with Kindergarten aged children. You should be kind, patient and responsible. Our daughter’s safety is important to us so we will conduct a basic background check ($10) through my job to ensure you are not a Murderer or pedophile. You’ll get a copy so you can use it for other sitting jobs you apply for. If you are hired, we will refund you. If you are not willing to be background checked, please do not apply.
