Job Description Furniture Delivery Driver We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute furniture promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional manner to increase customer satisfaction. Responsibilities This is a full time position which includes early morning hours and some weekends. You will make sure all supplies and components needed for the day's route are on the truck. You must be able to lift at least 60 pounds with ease and follow all safety guidelines. This is a physical job. Touch-freight. You must be able to load and unload the truck efficiently without causing damage to property, the truck, or merchandise. You will load, unload, move, unpack, and assemble furniture. You must have reliable transportation and be able to show up to work on time and be clean. You must be able to communicate professionally and courteously with our customers and staff. Drivers also follow routes and time schedule Complete logs and reports Follow DOT regulations and safety standards Touch-freight. The positions include loading and unloading, unpacking, and some furniture assembly Skills Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver Valid professional driver’s license Excellent organizational and time management skills Good driving record with no DUI's or DWI's Must be able to pass background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140.00 - $160.00 per day
