WE ARE HOME FORCLOSURE COMPANY NEEDING A PERSON TO COMPLETE INSPECTIONS ON PRE-FORCLOSED HOMES. WE ALSO DO ALL P&P (PRESERVATION WORK) This job requires the inspector to complete walking up to the door taking a photo of the knock, address, front and sides of the house and the street sign up to 6 to 10 photos. We also complete no contract inspections with the same requirements. We also complete interior and exterior inspections of all rooms, ceiling, floors and damages, under sink plumbing and other. Inspections have deadlines that have to be met. If you can manage your time and your route you can make a good paycheck just working part time. You are your own boss however we will give you the work orders you complete the work. Pay is on the 30th of each month.
