I am looking to rehab a condo and also a basement apartment. I need a few good competent men/women that are willing to work with me. The first project is a two story condo that is located in the western suburbs. The second is an apartment that’s in the basement located in Chicago. Both projects should keep us busy for at least four months minimum. What I am looking for is someone that is well rounded in most aspects of the carpentry industry. I need someone that has strong skills with plumbing with relationship to running pipes underground for the drainage system and -sweating pipes. I also need someone that can work very well with electrical and panel boxes. I can do pretty much just about anything.
