Collaborate Own It Mindful Efficient Thirst for Learning CARPENTER / TRADESMAN Our company is offering a specialized, fast paced position as a Carpenter in our Reconstruction Department. The person in this role should have exceptional customer service skills and have mastered their craft in Carpentry while having the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects at one. The main responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: *Reconstruction - painting, design and installation, finish carpentry *Carpentry - woodwork, framing, repairing *Some flooring installation/lacing *Tile flooring (small areas) *Tile Showers *Light Plumbing; install a dishwasher, garbage disposal, faucets, reset toilets *Selection of materials needed to perform each task efficiently and successfully *Budget awareness and cost consciousness for all materials related to the job *All other Tradesmanship responsibilities related to the reconstruction of an assigned project. Required Skills and Experience *Must have excellent customer service skills *Must have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience as a skilled Carpenter *Ability to inspect, repair, install, modify, rebuild, construct and maintain carpentry services. *Strong knowledge and experience in specialized tools for each trade and task *Capable of working effectively independently and in a team environment while managing multiple tasks at once. *Must be able to pass a drug screen, criminal background check and have a good driving record. ***** A COMPANY VEHICLE IS PROVIDED FOR THIS ROLE***** Superior Benefits We offer a wide range of competitive benefits.
