Looking for PART time & FULL time ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER & MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN TEAMS for 30 to 50 unit apartment buildings and full time maintenance work in the Westlake district 90057 for other properties. The maintenance technician position is FULL TIME and will service other nearby apartment buildings. Position & responsibilities: ONSITE RESIDENT MANAGER: •Be on site as for property needs. •Physically walk and inspect the property on a daily basis and check on vacant apartments inside the units. •Attend to after-hours emergencies. Must be available after-hours and on weekends as needed for emergencies. •Communicate with tenants and maintain a positive customer service attitude. •Perform move out inspections with tenants moving out. •Perform move in inspections with new tenants. •Show apartments for rent. •Oversees vendors working on the property. Requirements Must be bilingual (English – Spanish) MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN: •Must have own tools •Perform maintenance work at apartment buildings and occupied apartments. Plumbing, light electrical, drywall, painting and general maintenance. •Must own a car to travel to nearby properties and Home Depot •Must have a valid drivers license with insurance •Must be bilingual (English – Spanish) COMPENSATION: Onsite Resident Manager: Free apartment as compensation Monthly cash salary DEPENDING on the apartment building Paid cell phone Paid internet Bonuses at the company’s discretion MAINTEANCNE TECHNICIAN: $17 - $20 per hour depending on experience Performance based bonuses at the company’s discretion Overtime pay 401K and employer matching contributions Medical, dental & vision insurance Paid time off, including sick time Paid holidays Gas reimbursement Cell phone reimbursement Employment is contingent on a background check.
