Scope of work: 1)Finish two bathroom remodels. One just a shower, the other install new tub, sheetrock and paint. Both areas already stripped to studs and all supplies on hand. 2) Finish 2 garage renovations. Sheetrock 75% installed, remainder to be done. Install one door. Install ceiling tiles in 1 garage. Paint floor in one garage. Install vinyl plank flooring in one garage. Paint both. 3) Finish installing ceramic tile on front porch. Install ledgerock around exterior of front door. 4) Install 8 interior doors. 5) Paint kitchen cabinets. 6) Miscellaneous small stuff. A good crew of 2-3 people should be able to finish this in a week. Must have all your own tools. Must be a group...not hiring onesies. Do a good job here and there's more down the line. GOOD PAY! Time is of the essence!
