Building Maintenance Worker

Description

Responsibilities: * Sweeps, mop, scrubs, and vaccums all floors in warehouse, lunchrooms, restrooms, hallways, stairs and office space. * Restock all basic supplies throughout building as needed * Clean common areas as needed throughout day * Empty trash, garbage and recycling containers and assist with cleanout of certain areas and classrooms *Changes and maintain lightbulbs and air/water filters throughout the building Must be hard working, punctual, able to interact with public and all staff and students. Required to use small to large ladders and to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Both full and part time available, flexible hours if needed (could be early morning and some nights, weekends also available).
