Handicapped Pigeon looking for a forever home. It is one year old but started showing neurological issues which now prevents him from flying forward. Other than that it is tame and eats normally. It also coos a lot. Vet said it might get better but if not it can be a great pet since it’s a normal bird while not flying. Please let me know if you are Interested.
