We're looking for experienced sales reps in the Roofing/Home Improvement fields. We do insurance restoration from storm damage. We also run a Solar department in our Roofing department Commission is 10% of the gross of all insurance proceeds, Meaning 10% of ACV, and 10% of the supplements. Turn in a check, get a check on our payroll schedule. If you think a 10/50/50 is better then we will give it to you, but you do everything on the job. You will figure out real quick our pay plan is way better. Responsibilities are: Drive to preset appointments to meet homeowners, and canvass around those appointments. Inspect the property for damage, document it. Assist the customer in filing a claim if not already done. Meet with adjuster to get job approved. Collect any and all paperwork customer has. Sign our contract with the customer, collect check if they have it already. Knowledge in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organization skills Must have own transportation with clean driving record Continued training is a must, we have some of the BEST reps in the industry!!!
