We are looking for a Materials Handler Coordinator to join our Triage Partners team in the Sarasota, FL area to maintain the warehouse inventory and ensure the timely preparation and dispatch of materials to technicians. Specific responsibilities include: - Plans and organizes the warehouse for maximum use and efficiency. - Ensures that there is an adequate supply of (minor & major) materials, including Covid-19 PPE. - Conducts regular and/or spot checks inventories of technician’s equipment using inventory system to maintain min/max levels. - Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are met and takes responsibility for the security of the building and inventory. - Keeps stock control system up to date as well as planning future capacity requirements. - Orders product from main supplier to ensure sufficient inventory levels. - Receive, inspect, and store equipment, materials, and/or supplies to company standards. - Break down empty boxes and empty garbage cans into the dumpster daily. - Utilize provided schedule to coordinate equipment pickup.
