Hiring for a small subfloor repair job and plumbing job. Consists of knocking out 7, 4' x 4' ft, sections of existing mobile home subfloor and replacing it with 3/4" inch plywood subfloor provided. Handyman will need his own tools and will need to be able to cut plywood to size. No tile/rug/vinyl, etc. flooring removal or installation. Plumbing includes fixing broken pipes in 3 locations by cutting out old pipe and replacing it. Materials will be provided. Your own tools will also be needed for plumbing. Job starts second week of March 2022.
