A full-day event that will prepare your team for an unforgettable, life-changing VBS. VBS Rally - Are you ready to rally together in preparation for VBS 2022? Let's celebrate VBS 2021 and build momentum for an incredible summer of vacation Bible school in 2022! Don't miss this full-day event that will prepare your team for an unforgettable, life-changing VBS. No matter what curriculum you've chosen, this event will provide training in all facets of VBS! Haven't chosen a curriculum yet? Come and hear what options are available this summer! You and your team will have the option to choose three morning breakout sessions to attend. In the afternoon, you'll choose three "Idea Share" sessions. This is your chance to share ideas with other VBS leaders about a certain topic related to VBS (promotion, check-in check-out, scheduling rotations, grouping children, etc.). If you're looking for that jumpstart to get you excited about VBS this summer, this is it! Let's rally together as we prepare to share Jesus with the kids in our communities! It's going to be an amazing summer! Are you ready? Breakouts - Breakout sessions and Idea Shares will cover topics such as: Volunteer recruitment & management, Spark Studios (Lifeway’s VBS), special needs at VBS, Family Night planning, Curriculum adaptation, VBS 101, sharing the gospel at VBS, promotion and follow up, budgeting, safety & security, missions, teaching school aged kids, teaching preschoolers and more! Schedule: 8:45-9 AM – Check in 9-9:30 AM – Opening/Welcome 9:35-10:20 AM – Breakout 1 10:25-11:10 AM – Breakout 2 11:15-12:00 PM – Breakout 3 12:00-12:45 PM – Lunch 12:45-1:25 – Idea Share 1 1:30-2:10 – Idea Share 2 2:15-2:55 – Idea Share 3 3-3:15 PM – Closing Cost: $10 Per Person
