ARABIC TEMPLE #40 ALL BLACK AFFAIR IS BACK BIGGER AND BETTER!!! Ladies and Gentleman, Arabic Temple # 40 would like to present to you our ALL BLACK AFFAIR which will take place at Warsaw Park in Ansonia, CT. Our DJ for the evening will be CT's OWN DJ Diamond D spinning on the 1's and 2's This event will be STRICTLY enforced with COVID-19 protocols as follows: If you are fully vaccinated, you will have to show your vaccination card with photo ID before you can enter the event. If you're not vaccinated, you will have to provide your PCR test results 72 hours prior to the event. A contact tracing log will need to signed by all attendees prior to entering the event All attendees must wear a KN95 mask while attending the event. Hand sanitizer will be available for use throughout the event. All attendees must sign a waiver indemnifying the Imperial Council from any responsibility if someone were to contract the virus at or during the event. Wavier forms will be available to sign prior to attendees entering the event.
