A one hour candlelight flow that includes guided restorative poses and meditation. This flow encourages relaxation and stress relief to help you wind down at the end of your day.Restorative yoga is soothing to your nervous system and will prepare your body for proper sleep.Beginner friendly although all levels are welcome.We will begin and end in meditation.Remember to bring your mat & water.Please refrain from eating at least 20 minutes before class.Plan for early arrival to check in with Lanique to disclose any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns you may have.
