We attribute our success to the effective working partnerships we create with both clients and staff Your Responsibilities Maloney Properties is seeking candidates for a full-time Maintenance Superintendent based at two properties located in Haverhill, MA and Lawrence, MA. This person will be hands-on supervising a team of maintenance professionals. The Superintendent will ensure completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, and building inspections with an ability to see every job through to completion. This person will use their skills and knowledge in multiple trades to participate in the maintenance of these properties while training, working with, and motivating staff. The work hours are 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. Your Qualifications The successful candidate will have experience with general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliance repairs, and operating heavy machinery. Experience supervising a team of maintenance professionals is required. This position will also require excellent written and verbal communication with coworkers, contractors, and residents. This position will include participation in the emergency on-call rotation and light snow removal. A driver’s license and vehicle are required. Experience working with Microsoft Office is required. Knowledge of Yardi is a plus. Successful candidates will be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
