2022 Krewe of Freret Parade & Shorty Gras Event Krewe of Freret Presents Ages 18+ Trombone Shorty Orleans Avenue, Mannie Fresh, Tank and The Bangas, Khris Royal, Big Freedia Music, Mardi Gras and Trombone Shorty On February 19, 2022, the Krewe of Freret and Trombone Shorty will parade through the streets of New Orleans on magical floats with the best marching bands and performers in town, ending its procession at Mardi Gras World, where it will hold its second annual ‘Shorty Gras’ ... a mardi gras ball and a music festival combined into one spectacular event.
