We are thrilled to bring back our “Be Here” event series for 2022 with “Ayurveda and Self Healing” with Logan Brookbank. Logan is a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and owner of Flourish Ayurveda, a practice built from the desire to spread the truth of self healing and compassion.. Logan operates out of The Breathing Room in O’Bryonville, a beautiful space incorporating a variety of healing modalities including pilates and meditation. During this two hour session you will learn the basis of self healing through an ayurvedic perspective focusing on the 5 elements and Logan's favorite, practical Ayurvedic tools to uplift your daily life and bring you into a state of present bliss.
