Garvies Point Craft Brewery and Root to Rise by Lindsey Steinberg present Yoga at The Brewery Garvies Point Craft Brewery and Root to Rise have partnered to bring you Yoga at the Brewery on Saturday, February 12th. Lindsey Steinberg of Root to Rise will be offering her heart-opening vinyasa flow, a Valentine’s Day-inspired yoga class for all levels. Participants will be led through a 60-minute yoga flow and guided meditation, followed by a pour of Garvies Point Craft Brewery beer in our tasting room. We ask that you bring your own mat, and any props you may include in your practice. Class will be held from 10:15 am - 11:15 am. Due to limited space, please be sure to register early and arrive 15 minutes early to set up (class will begin promptly at 10:15). Grab your sweetheart or your crew, and be in community with friends old and new! We’ll meet you on the mat.
