An evening of fellowship and learning as we welcome distinguished Leadership Summit speaker and ACU alumnus, Elise Mitchell. A Slice of Summit, hosted by the Lytle Center for Faith and Leadership, features Leadership Summit 2022's distinguished guest speakers. Our first session is on February 17th at the Front Porch Coffee Shop featuring one of Summit's favorites, Elise Mitchell. Elise Mitchell is an executive coach and business consultant working with business and entrepreneurial leaders to help them navigate the complexities of today's marketplace. She is a three-time CEO – most notably she is the founder of Mitchell Communications Group, which was a top 10 fastest-growing public relations firms globally, and a two-time Inc. 500/5000 fastest growing company. Under her leadership, her agency grew more than 500% in five years working with many well-known consumer brands including Walmart, P&G, Hilton and Tyson Foods. In 2013, she sold her company to Tokyo-based Dentsu, Inc., and led mergers and acquisitions for their public relations network. Elise has a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University and a master’s degree from the University of Memphis. She is certified in executive coaching by the International Coaching Federation and the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is also accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and is a member of the society’s College of Fellows. Elise is a globally recognized thought leader, author of a best-selling book on leadership called “Leading Through the Turn” (McGraw Hill) and was named a Top Speaker to See by HuffPost. She is a passionate advocate for entrepreneurs and serves as an advisor and investment partner in several venture capital firms. She also serves on the board of trustees for her alma mater, Abilene Christian University. Elise and her husband, Raye, live in Nashville, TN. They are proud parents of two children, Mackenzie and Jackson. When she’s not working with clients, you can find Elise motorcycling with her husband, running the trails near their home or planning their next journey off the beaten path.
