Join Indiana Partners for another delicious Feijoada! Feijoada is a flavorful stew of beans with beef and pork. It is considered a national dish of Brazil. The name comes from feijao, which is Portuguese for beans. The basic ingredients of feijoada are black beans with fresh pork and beef. The stew is prepared over low heat and cooked for hours until it is ready. It is served with rice, farofa and collard greens. NO TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR. PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE DOOR. IVY TECH REQUIRES ALL VISITORS TO WEAR MASK WHEN NOT EATING.
