Team Lead, Mover, Driver and Associate You will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and training your team and ensuring they have the tools, skills, and attitude to achieve service standards. Including planning, scheduling, dispatching and monitoring quality assurance throughout the move process. Hiring the right crew members and training them effectively Safety, Compliance DOT. Most importantly maintaining a high rating on Google & Facebook Meeting Monthly Revenue & Profit Projection. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 40% Communicate Proactively with Agents and Accounts to Maintain and Grow Business Ensure relationships are maintained and excellent customer service is provided. Provide support and resolution in the difficult customer situations Participate in quarterly customer reviews as necessary You will also cultivate and maintain relationships with major van lines through out various locations. (Details will be provided) 25% Review Departmental Performance Develop goals for the team that align with the strategic goals of the department. Review progress of the team and department on a regular basis Determine areas of risk and deficiency 25% Implement and Execute Action Plans Develop and execute plan for team to meet departmental goals Determine root cause of deficiencies and methods to avoid/reduce risks Implement corrective action procedures to bring departmental performance back in line with the goals 10% Determine and Implement Process Improvements to Positively Impact Efficiency and Productivity Work with various parties to look for improvements in all aspects of move management. QUALIFICATIONS AND PREFERRED SKILLS Strong analytical skills Strong written and oral communication Analytical Organization – time management, setting priorities, multi-tasking, deadline oriented Teamwork and ability to work with different cultures Results-oriented Clean Drivers License No Criminal Record such as, aggravated assault, and or theft charges Benefits: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/ Bonuses Salary: Performance based $17.00 - $25.00 PR HR Schedule: Schedule Monday-Sunday Job Type: Full-time Please email only, Resume Required!
