I live alone and i have parkinsons I try to keep it fairly clean but stuff happens looking for a F with nice cleaning and good hygiene with fundamental skills that is flexible and not afraid of getting a little dirty from time to time bonus if you are handy with tools I have a couple projects You be available at least once a week maybe more if your good with your hands.
