+ Goong Op Woonsen. Baked Glass Noodles, thai celery, with Shrimp. Dark Soy Sauce, Black Pepper, Ginger and Sesame oil.
+Yum Tua Pluu - Winged Bean Salad, heirloom tomatoes, fried shallots with Nam Prik Pao Vinaigrette. Desert+ Bua Loy Floating lotus desert. Thai mochi and taro balls in coconut cream.
