The Arcana Collection, a collaborative project featuring creations inspired by the Major Arcana cards of the Tarot deck.
What I love about Tarot is how aesthetically rich it is. The cards have been visually interpreted thousands of times and there are endless possibilities for inspiration.
Tarot is often used as a tool for self-reflection and growth. Having one’s cards read, especially by a friend or with a group of friends, can be fun and playful, and builds connections. The intent of this project is to enable participating artists to try new things, to stretch, and to grow as creators, together.
All of these elements have inspired the Arcana collection. A seasonally-released collaborative project from rotating artists who find inspiration from the Major Arcana suit and who are seeking to stretch themselves creatively, and together, on this fool's journey we embark upon.
