Please bring a yoga mat, layered comfortable clothing, water, an open mind and heart to the four hour workshop. Nutritious snacks will be provided.
Immerse yourself in self-love focusing on self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion through lecture, journal writing, interacting in engaging conversation with like-minded ladies, nourishing and enriching activities, valuable resources, mindfulness, guided meditation, and a one hour hatha yoga practice.
Hello, my name is Michelle Bauer, I was a special education teacher for 27 years and then had a spiritual awakening. My experience catapulted me onto a new path of self-discovery and healing. I retired from special education and pursued training as a yoga teacher. I am passionate about using yoga to empower others as they navigate through their spiritual awakening journey and dark night of the soul. My life's mission is to ignite a spark within you so you can shine your own light. I have a Master's Degree in Education and earned the following credentials: RYT 200 HR. , Restorative Yoga, and Sound Healing.
