Couples Cooking Class is back! Our Cooking Classes have been extremely popular and a lot of fun. For this romantic installment, you and your partner will be learning how to make a truly Italian classic, Gnocchi with a honey thyme cream sauce, right along side our Culinary Team led by our Executive Chef, the one & only Chef Craig Johnson. Chef Craig's career spans over 30 years and has taken him around the world and is head of the entire culinary operation at the Claridge, including all of our banquets, The Twenties Italian Bistro, The Vue Rooftop Bar, and the recently opened Leavander's 22 Southern Cuisine restaurant. A 3 course dinner in the Twenties Italian Bistro including salad, choice of entree, and dessert and 1 non-alcoholic beverage will follow immediately after the class.
