Update: December 19th 2021 Two kittens that were dumped in Clearlake area were rescued and are now in care of https://www.goodneighborsanimalrescue.org/ zip code 76110-0093 However, The female black kittens needs a foster or forever home. She is very friendly and as the rescuer described she is the "sweetest" dumpling. The person who found and rescued them can help pay for vet visits.
