B52 Brewing Barrel Fest 2022 Our Fifth Annual Barrel Fest is here! Date: Saturday, March 19th, 2022 Time: 2pm - 8pm (VIP entry starts at 12pm) **Early Bird pricing available until February 14th. For one day only, you'll have access to our most limited selection of 50+ unique barrel-aged beers. That's right, every beer will be barrel-aged! We'll be serving everything from huge bourbon stouts to vibrant fruited sours. Many of the beers will be one-time-only brews that were made just for this event. We'll also be pulling several extremely rare barrel-aged beers from our cellar as well. We don't hold anything back for this event! It's truly one-of-a-kind. All beers will be first come first serve, so some will run out quickly. We highly recommend getting here as early as possible. AND THIS YEAR we have a brand-new VIP TICKET OPTION that gets you early access into the event as well as a very special VIP tasting glass! These bottles will be sold on a first come/first serve basis at the merchandise table inside the taproom. Ticket Options: Option 1: Full Pass - $40 This ticket includes: Entry into the event at 2pm, a Barrel Fest 2022 tasting glass, and (10) 4 oz poursOption 2: VIP Pass - $60 This ticket includes: Early entry into the event at 12pm, a special VIP Barrel Fest tasting glass, and (10) 4oz poursOption 3: A La Carte Pass - $15 This ticket includes: Entry into the event at 2pm, a Barrel Fest 2022 tasting glass, and (1) 4oz pour*Each additional 4oz pour is $5; drink tickets can only be purchased at the check-in booth Timeline of Event: 12:00pm - VIP check-in starts. Super limited bottle releases go on sale. 2:00pm - Full Pass and A La Carte check-in starts. 7:00 pm - Drink ticket purchases no longer available. 7:30pm - Last call 8:00pm - Event ends Food Trucks: Bright Relish Chicago style hot dogs Fries and Grind custom burgers Tostonio’s Puerto Rican fusion Gotta Roll specialty egg rolls Event Details: Each guest must check-in upon arrival to receive a wristband, drink tickets, and glassware. Wristbands will be given to each person upon entry to the event and are required to be worn at all times. Drink tickets can be purchased during the event until 7:00 pm. Event glassware, wristband, and drink ticket must be in your possession to receive a pour at the bar. Glass rinse stations will be placed throughout the serving areas so guests can rinse their own glasses. We are allowing Designated Drivers to attend at no charge, but each D.D. must check in upon entry and be given a wristband. If a D.D. chooses to participate in the event they must purchase an entry ticket. This is a ticket only event. Everyone attending must have a wristband. Due to the fact that this event is focused entirely on beer, we recommend leaving the kids at home. Please carpool! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ FAQs: Can I also purchase tickets at the brewery? Pre-sale tickets are available here on Eventbrite as well as at the brewery. You may purchase tickets at the brewery the day of the event if the event is not sold out. ***Ticket prices will increase at the doors- $50/Full Pass, $70/VIP Pass, and $20/A La Carte Pass*** This is an exclusive, ticket only event. The taproom will not be open to the general public. You must have a ticket to enter and access bottle/can sales. Tickets are limited based on glassware. The taproom will close at the conclusion of the event at 8 pm and last call will be at 7:30pm. What if I bought a Full Pass or A La Carte Pass and arrive before the 2pm check in? Guests who are not VIP ticket holders yet arrive early are welcome to wait in the beer garden, however they will not have access to the activities. Check in for Full Pass and A La Carte is set at 2pm. Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? All ticket holders must be 21+ with a valid ticket and valid ID is required to drink. All minors must be accompanied by an adult, and while we are kid friendly at B52, we strongly encourage you to leave the little ones at home for this one! What are my parking options at the event? Parking is available on the brewery grounds on a first come/first serve basis. We recommend arriving early to snag a good space! Street parking will be available once the parking lot fills up. What can/can't I bring to the event? Tables and chairs indoors & picnic benches in our wooded Beer Garden are provided; however, we encourage anyone that would like to bring their own seating to do so in case crowds get large. Tents and other shade-producing items are fine, but we ask that you please respect the other festival goers. Seating is first come/first serve in the indoor taproom and Beer Garden. We highly recommend leaving the kids at home for this event. Dogs on leashes are permitted, but please be mindful of other patrons and remember to pick up after your pets. Pet waste bags are provided on the grounds. Will there be food available for purchase? Can I bring food? Multiple food trucks will be on-site for the event. We ask that our guests patronize the food vendors and respectfully keep outside food to a minimum and on an as-needed basis (allergies, specific dietary restrictions, etc). What is the refund policy? No refunds; however, tickets are transferrable. Will there be a rainout date? Barrel Fest will run rain or shine. If any changes are to be made to the event- we will notify guests ASAP. The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay? Yes, assuming the attendee is 21+ and can provide valid ID!
