This winter, we're sharing a mission with the lululemon experiential store in Lincoln Park to move, connect, and grow. Our next event teams up Taylor Morrison (founder of Inner Workout) with Kelly Maher (life coach, meditation teacher, acupuncturist). Taylor Elyse Morrison, creator of Inner Workout, will lead you through a journaling practice designed to reconnect to your own creativity and facilitate a conversation to help you connect with other creatives. Following introductions and journaling guests will experience a sound bath led by Kelly Maher to tap deeper into themselves. The event will conclude with a discussion examining how the exercises and meditation affected creativity + idea generation. Tickets come with a smoothie from lululemon Lincoln Park's Fuel Space. Host Bios: Taylor Elyse Morrison is the founder of Inner Workout and The Institute. Taylor started her career in a Fortune 100 before joining a health and wellness startup as their first full-time employee and Vice President of Operations. Today, she develops leaders who care. Taylor is an international speaker, a trained facilitator, and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher who has been featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur for her self-care knowledge. Kelly Maher is a certified life coach, acupuncturist + herbalist and meditation guide. She is the owner of Kelly Maher Acupuncture + Wellness and throughout her 10 year tenure has treated thousands of patients with both needling and coaching sessions. Watching her own life benefit from utilizing a meditation practice has made her extremely passionate about helping people discover their own inner connection and happiness. Kelly currently lives in Chicago and is also an active member of the fitness and wellness community, specifically as a lululemon ambassador who leads weekly group mediation sessions.
