Whether you are a salt water expert or unfamiliar with the hobby, CMAS would like to invite you to our Saltwater Frag Swap. Attention: CMAS will conform to all CDC guidelines and regulations. By purchasing a ticket or booth spot you also agree to follow all CDC guidelines and regulations during the event. Whether you are a salt water expert or unfamiliar with the hobby,  CMAS would like to invite you to our Saltwater Frag Swap. Come for the awesome deals, the great atmosphere and share knowledge and comradery with fellow Reefers.    Admission Prices: Price for kids 12 & under = Free Price for CMAS Member Entry = Free Price for Non-Member Entry = $10.00 (At Door) Presale ticket cost for Non-Members = $5.00 (If purchased  48 hours before the start of the event)  Full 8' table = $60.00 (See Restrictions Below) Vendor Booth 10X10 = $120.00 Marked Vendor Setup restrictions: Only 2 admission tickets to the swap will be given to each10x10 Vendor booth if needed. Only 1 Admission ticket to the swap will be given to each 8' table spot. CMAS booth tables have a water restriction of a maximum water volume of: 30 gallons (or 15 gallons per half table) unless you provide your own stand. Note: Hobbyist tables cannot provide their own stand since they are half of a 8' table. Maximum power per table: 300 watts max. (e.g.,100 watt heater, 200 watts lighting) Make sure your equipment is in good working order and not a safety hazard. Bring your own extension cords. All cords must be clear of walkways or securely taped to avoid tripping. Note: if you are conducting business other than selling corals or reef related dry goods, you must provide notification of the nature of your business. Failure to disclose could result in your removal from the swap without a refund. NOTE: CMAS (Chicago Marine Aquarium Society) is NOT responsible for any Lost, Stolen, or Damages that may occur to an individual’s property or individual's before, during, or after the event. Damages done to the Odeum Expo Center will be paid by the individual/vendor at fault. If the incident was caused by an individual/vendor before, during, or after the event and the individual/vendor who conducted the damages to the Odeum Expo Center cannot be identified, the cost of the damages will be split and billed between all of the vendors. CMAS has the right to deny individuals entry, kick-out, or change a vendors "booth location" at the event if needed.  By purchasing any type of admission ticket, booth, table, and/or half table at the event you agree to these terms. Sharing of tables is not allowed unless given prior authorization by CMAS BOARD MEMBERS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
