PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS FIELD TRIP CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! Dress up in your hot Jazz, gangster-flapper style best and join us for the hottest party of the year, the Roaring 20’s Prom on the coast. We will serve a variety of hors d’oeuvres and drinks. Plan to hit the dance floor with a professional DJ, and document our memories with a photo booth. This dance will take place at a favorite celebrity haunt on the coast, the 1880 Union Hotel in the historic landmark town of Los Alamos.Heartland HST's will be chaperones. Parents are not invited to chaperone or stay for the dance. Parents must complete this waiver and email it to Charity Rovelo at [email protected] Please send all drop off waivers, named with the student’s last name, to [email protected] by Monday, 5pm, May 16, 2022. *Your student may not be dropped off unless this waiver is completed. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.***Masks will be required for all indoor field trips per California state guidelines.Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend the dance, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. Can I pay using my funds? NO. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? This event is for Heartland high school students only. If you purchase a ticket for a student that is not in 9th-12th grade the student will not be able to attend and you will not receive a refund. What are the check-in procedures? Prom starts at 6pm and ends at 9:30pm. Look for our Heartland HST’s at the door and give your name. Is there on-site parking available? There is street parking available.
