LOOKING FOR DACHSHUND!!

Hi! I would love to add a dachshund to our family. My girl passed away nearly 2 years ago. I adopted her from the shelter. She was a dachshund. I had her for 6 years. She developed a tumor and we had started a plan through the vet to get chemo treatments every week. My baby was eat up with cancer. A few days before her chemo treatment she fell over barely moving. I rushed her to the emergency vet and she stayed for a few nights. I cried and begged them to do all they could to keep her going, but she didn't have the strength. Sadly she went septic. The cancer was a fast eating cancer. I told myself I'd never have another, but looking at her pictures pop up all of the time, I just keep thinking I'd love to have another dachshund running around the house. It broke my entire family when she passed away, and we have given it a good couple of years. I believe we are ready to welcome in a dachshund to our home again.
