Delayed but BACK! HUE Beauty & Natural Hair Affair presented by Shea Moisture We’re Back after a 2 year delay! HUE Beauty and Natural Hair Affair is back in Austin Powered By Shea Moisture. The FIRST women of color, natural hair event during the SXSW experience is back for the 4th time at the historical George Washington Carver African-American Museum. We have curated a tribe of amazing brands and local businesses that will be in the building with top quality products to showcase to Austin and beyond! We’ve had over 2500 women over the last three HUEs come through the doors to experience this great event. With live music, hair demos and presentations in the theater we offer so much. In 2022 we are stepping it up with more experiential activations by your favorite brands. Of course we have the HUE Affair swag bag which is by far the best swag bag you will ever receive with plenty of full-size products valued well over $100. The first 200 women in line receive the swag bag and we also have 2 VIP ticket options which allows you FastTrack access to the event (NO WAITING IN LINE) and your bag is held for you no matter what time you arrive.  ARE YOU READY?!? FAQs What is the COVID protocol? Per CDC guidelines all staff and attendees ages 2+ must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth to enter the Museum. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? You must be 18 or older to attend on you own. Children under 11 are free. Maximum of 2 children per ticket holder.  What's the refund policy? There are no REFUNDS unless the event is canceled. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? You can but we also can check in attendees via their mobile device.  What is VIP ACCESS? Your swag bag is guaranteed until 4:30PM. You do not need to wait on the General Admission line. Fast Track line is a separate line to gain access to event. What is VIP+? (LIMITED TICKETS) Your HUE Affair swag bag is guaranteed until 4:30PM. You do not need to wait on the General Admission line. PLUS>> Divine Luxury Spa Studio VIP+ Treatment is a new ticket that will consist of one (1) of the following services: Facial Consultation - Divine Luxury will discuss your skin care concerns and what products will work best for you skin. 15mn Micro Facial - Facial will consist of a cleanse, mask, and finishing products. 10mn Chair Massage - Massage of the neck, back and shoulders using Divine Luxury Bath and Body products. Each service is limited to a specific quantity; first come first serve. Sabrina Boissiere, founder of Natural Partners in Crime is an event producer who creates unique events for the naturalista who has embraced her natural hair and wants to have fun while learning about new brands, products, and techniques.
