Pour two (2) of your very own 8 oz candles! Our first candle will be adorned with real pressed flowers and the second with healing crystals! Join ME+WE co. in this fun workshop as we design and pour two (2) of our very own 8 oz candles! Our first candle will be adorned with real pressed flowers and the other with hand-pressed herbs, flower petals and healing crystals. You will get to take home two full-size candles at the end of class! As we sip on wine and nibble on snacks, Katherine, the owner of Embers and Blooms, will guide the class on how she makes her uniquely beautiful candles. It's easy, relaxing, and fun! PLUS each clean-burning soy wax candles get 50+ hours of burn - that's 100+ hours of candle happiness! Visit Katherine's website Embers & Blooms to get an idea of what we will be creating! Friday, March 18 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm Chula Vista, San Diego. *note this is a residential home. Limit to 15 participants Class Includes: Instruction by Katherine of Embers & Bloom Candle making kit with all materials for class Candle scent options to choose from for your candles Two (2) 8 oz candles for you to design and take home Wine and water Nibbles - assortment of bite-size communal snacks such as cheese, nuts, fruits, crackers, and desserts NEED TO KNOW You must be fully vaccinated to attend and may be asked to show your vaccination card upon arrival. Wearing a mask is optional. It should be noted that 6ft social distancing is not possible. If you test positive for COVID, are in contact with someone who has COVID, or develop any symptoms prior to the class - please contact us immediately. A reminder email and text will be sent to you a few days before our event along with the address and other parking information.It should be noted that cats live in the residential home in which the class takes place. The cats will be put in another room during the event. Allergies: If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when registering or send a separate email to [email protected] so we may best accommodate our nibbles. Registering: Once you register, you are committed and transfers will not be made so please be sure you can attend! Making time for yourself is soooo important so please make this class a priority for yourself. Pricing is based off of the number of guests and if one person drops out and asks for a refund, it hurts our little purse so please don't ask. ABOUT THE CANDLES Candles are made of 100% eco-friendly soy wax and free of ALL toxins Wicks are made of 100% cotton for a longer less-smoky burn The 8oz candles have a 50+ hour burn All flowers are locally grown by Katherine in her garden Katherine is a San Diego local small business - Your attendance supports our local economy and empowers small-female-owned businesses!
